Week 1:

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is home to the world-famous Harley Davidson Company, which opened a museum and celebrated its 105th anniversary in summer of 2008.

Clue 2) This majestic jewel on Lake Michigan is Wisconsin’s largest city and divided by a river of its same name.

Clue 3) Our mystery city was featured in the TV sitcom Happy Days. In August 2008, this city unveiled a life-sized bronze statue of Fonzie in memory of the show.

Week 2:

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is called the Bratwurst Capitol of the World and is located where Highway 43 intersects with Highway 23, due east of Lake Winnebago.

Clue 2) Our city is home to the spectacular John Michael Kohler Art Museum, a nationally-recognized museum known for its outsider art and extraordinary special exhibits.

Clue 3) This city is also the location of the Lao, Hmong and American Veterans Memorial which serves as a monument to the service and sacrifice of the Hmong and Lao people who fought for the U.S. in the Vietnam War.

Week 3:

Clue 1) This week's mystery city is home to an UW System school, a technical college and Viterbo University, a private independent college.

Clue 2) In 1904 George Edwin Taylor, a resident of this mystery city, became the first African-American to run for U.S. President on the National Liberty Party ticket.

Clue 3) This summer our mystery city, located along the Mississippi River, featured beautifully decorated heron statues as a public art project.

Week 4:

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is home to one of the 13 two-year UW colleges and is known for its outstanding pre-college programs.

Clue 2) This city is the birthplace of the famous American architect well known for his many designs, including the S.C. Johnson Wax Headquarters in Racine.

Clue 3) Our mystery city is featured in an upcoming episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in which the Anders-Beatty family is presented with their dream home.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is where John Edwards started the Nekoosa-Edwards Paper Company in 1896. It is now named  Domtar Industries, Inc.

Clue 2) Our Wood County mystery city is on the Wisconsin River and in the heart of central Wisconsin’s cranberry country.

Clue 3)Visitors to this city should tour the Alexander House Center for Art and History.

Week 6:

Clue 1)  This Milwaukee County city has a stable population of 14,000 and is the most densely populated in Wisconsin.

Clue 2) The late William Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, was born in Milwaukee and went to high school in our mystery city.

Clue 3) In July of 2008, volunteers with the local Conservation Committee gave out free green reusable shopping bags to every household in the mystery town.

Week 7:

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city was the site of the first Wisconsin State Fair in 1851, attended by approximately 10,000 people.

Clue 2) This Rock County city has preserved and restored the Lincoln-Tallman House, the last private residence in which President Abraham Lincoln slept.

Clue 3) Our mystery city is also home to the renowned Parker Pen Company whose pens are celebrated for their use in official ceremonies.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is home to Little Bohemia Museum which commemorates a famous encounter between John "Snake Eyes" Dillinger and the FBI.

Clue 2) Northwest of Minocqua, on HWY 51, this Vilas County town celebrates the Cranberry Colorama Festival each fall.

Clue 3) Johnny Depp and Christian Bale star in the upcoming movie "Public Enemies" which was filmed in our mystery city and several other Wisconsin towns.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city showcases its rich German heritage through its Hamlet settlements, authentic architecture and historic homes.

Clue 2) Visitors to our mystery city can admire over 5,000 bells collected from around the world at the Sila Lydia Bast Bell Museum.

Clue 3) In 2007, Money Magazine rated this Washington County town the 30 Best Place to Live in the United States.

Clue 1) Our mystery city is home to one of Wisconsin’s 125 cheese factories, the Widmer’s Cheese Cellar.

Clue 2) This Dodge County city is just east of the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge and due south of Lake Winnebago.

Clue 3) Solomon Juneau, the first mayor of Milwaukee, founded this week’s mystery city and named it in honor of his mother’s first name.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city celebrates Nelson Dewey Day in honor of Wisconsin’s 1st Governor who spent much of his life there.

Clue 2) This town, the county seat of Grant County, features an octagonal courthouse with a copper dome.

Clue 3) Visitors to our mystery city should not miss the historic Cunningham House, which traces the rich African American history of the area.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is the tribal headquarters of the Menominee Nation and is located on the Wolf River.

 

Clue 2) Over 500 students attend the outstanding College of the Menominee Nation in our mystery city.

 

Clue 3) The mystery city is surrounded by the Menominee Forest, which provided the magnificent 2007 Capitol Holiday Tree.

Clue 1) The name of this week’s mystery city is a synonym for good fortune.

Clue 2) This Polk County city was home to the Duncan Toys Company which is famous for its yo-yos.

Clue 3) Traveling between Cumberland, Wisconsin and Taylor Falls, Minnesota, settlers felt fortunate they could rest at our mystery city located on Big Butternut Lake.

Clue 1) Our mystery city is home to Devil’s Lake State Park, one of Wisconsin’s 99 state parks and famous for its fantastic rock formations.

Clue 2) Visitors to our mystery city should not miss the International Crane Foundation which features a pair of each of the world’s 15 crane species.

Clue 3) The Ringling Brothers Circus was born in our mystery city and is preserved at Circus World Museum, an outstanding Wisconsin Historic Site.

Clue 1)This week’s mystery city, located in Ozaukee County, is famous for its historic mill and 100 historic buildings.

Clue 2) Covered Bridge Park in this town includes Wisconsin’s last covered bridge, built in 1876.

Clue 3) The 2008 Wisconsin Best Towns Contest honored our mystery city as Best for Shopping and Most Distinct Architecture.

Clue 1) Our mystery city is home to Caddie Woodlawn Memorial Park, named for the 1935 Newberry award-winning book Caddie Woodlawn.

Clue 2) This city is the county seat of Dunn County and was formerly a center of Wisconsin’s lumber industry.

Clue 3) Our city includes UW-Stout, recognized widely for its Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management Program and for establishing the Center for Preservation of Hmong Language and Culture.

Clue 1) Boiled, scrambled or fried, a famous state product gives our mystery city pride.

Clue 2) This Door County city, located between Green Bay and Lake Michigan, welcomes thousands of visitors each year but only has a permanent population of 300 people.

Clue 3) Each fall our mystery town celebrates the Pumpkin Patch Festival.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is home to Morren Fruits and Vegetables, one of several farms in the area that practice sustainable agriculture and organic farming.

Clue 2) Looking at a state highway map, people can see that this Rock County town forms a triangle with the cities of Janesville and Beloit.

Clue 3) Each summer our mystery city celebrates "June Days" in pretty Purdy Park.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city, county seat of Iron County, is located just across the state border from Ironwood, Michigan.

Clue 2) Known for the Red Light Snowmobile Rally, this town in the winter features hundred of miles of groomed snowmobile trails.

Clue 3) Our city is home to the Iron County Historical Society Museum which showcases the town’s logging and mining heritage.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is home to Holt and Balcom Camp, the oldest logging camp in the U.S. on its original site.

Clue 2) The mystery town in Oconto County is located along Highway 41 and is south of Pestigo and north of Suamico.

Clue 3) Visitors to our mystery city should not miss Copper Culture State Park with burial grounds and remains of the ancient Copper Culture, the earliest people to inhabit Wisconsin.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is situated 25 miles west of Milwaukee and is a convenient stopping place for travelers going from Madison to Milwaukee.

Clue 2) This city is the location of St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, a private school for boys. One famous graduate is Trevon Hughes, who plays basketball for the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Clue 3) Surrounding Lake Nagawicka, this Waukesha County city offers historic sights, antique and specialty shopping, award winning restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities.

Week 22:

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is one of Wisconsin’s fastest growing communities and is located on Highway 35, just north of La Crosse.

Clue 2) Just east of the Mississippi River, our La Crosse County city celebrates Kornfest each year to raise funds for local charities.

Clue 3) Visitors to the western Wisconsin Coulee region can enjoy hiking and biking the beautiful Halfway Creek Trail, which passes through this town.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is midway between Lake Michigan and Lake Winnebago, and straddles both Manitowoc and Calumet County.

Clue 2) Our town is the home of Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese, one of many family-owned businesses that help make Wisconsin the nation’s top cheese producer.

Clue 3) Each February this town, located on Highway 32, hosts an ice sculpture contest where volunteers create works of ice downtown.

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city is the county seat of Clark County and located where U.S. Highway 10 and State Highway 73 intersect.
 
Clue 2) Reed School, Wisconsin’s 10th Historic Site and where early Wisconsin education is celebrated and reenacted, is located in our mystery city.
 
Clue 3) Visitors to this week’s city should be sure to see Chatty Belle, the World’s Largest Talking Cow statue.

Clue 1) With 14 magnificent waterfalls, this week’s mystery city is known as the Waterfall Capital of Wisconsin.

Clue 2) Our city, situated on the bay of Green Bay, shares the border with Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Clue 3) This Marinette County city is home to Northeast Technical College and a University of Wisconsin system school that is known for its program "Theater on the Bay".

Clue 1) This week’s mystery city, known as “The City Beautiful”, is located in St. Croix County, the fastest growing county in Wisconsin.

 

Clue 2) Former Wisconsin Governor Warren Knowles practiced law in this mystery city.

 

Clue 3) On June 12, 1899, the most devastating tornado in Wisconsin history struck this town.  The community rallied together and five months later they had built over 100 new buildings.

Clue 1) This week's mystery Jefferson County sity celebrates its sesquicentennial this year.

 

Clue 2) Our mystery city is home to Crave Brothers Dairy Farm, which makes delicious artisan cheeses and uses cow manure to fuel an anaerobic digester that powers their farm, their cheese plant and 120 area homes.

 

Clue 3) This city is home of Trek Bicycle Corporation, one of the world's leading bike manufacturers.

1. This week's mystery city, originally called "The Grove" because of its abundance of maple trees, was named a Tree City in 2002 by the Arbor Day Foundation.

2. Lake Leota, a manmade lake, is located in the middle of this Rock County town.

3. Our mystery city's Historic District, showcasing magnificent 19th century architecture, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

1) This week's mystery city, a beautiful Lake Michigan community, is the county seat of Ozaukee County.

2) Each July, our town hosts Fish Day, the world's largest outdoor fish fry.

3) This city is home to an historic 1860 Coast Guard lighthouse and the first manmade harbor built in North America.

1. This week's mystery town was started in 1845 by 200 Swiss settlers from a canton of the same name.

2. A well-known bakery in this Green County town sends its delicious and original nut horns all around the world.

3. This town, technically a village, is next to a state park with the same name and is the starting point of the 23-mile long Sugar River State Trail.

Clue 1) This week's mystery city was a station on the Underground Railroad and home to Joshua Glover, a fugitive slave who made Wisconsin the only state to defy the Fugitive Slave Act.

Clue 2) Located about thirty miles south of Milwaukee, our city is home to the Root River Lighthouse, which is named after the river that empties into Lake Michigan.

Clue 3) This city is home to the "Belles" -- one of the four original baseball teams in the All-American Girls' Professional Baseball League.
